Selling the Dunn's house
and satisfying the client
After being contacted by Mrs. N. Dunn, she explained to me that she had tried to sell her home and had no luck what so ever.
She had withdrawn it from the market and was wondering what her next step was.
I suggested that I do a market analysis and get back with her on the posibly methods of marketing and selling her home for the best price based on location
and condition. she agreed and I went to work for her.
After presenting the best possible price based on the comparable market analysis her home was placed on the market
with the best description I could muster.
Immediately after placing the home on the market, in MLS, on the internet, and in the local markets the calls begin to come in for
showings and for information. There were over a dozen responses from the internet and after a local client saw the home an offer was placed
and the home closed with-in the following 30 days.
Mrs. Dunn stated;
